50PPHM for 72 hours. Finally, take them out and magnify them five times

on the surface of the rubber strips caused by oxidation. , to be
considered qualified if there is none.
UV resistance test
This test mainly tests the plastic shell of the wiper, that is, the
deflector and buckle. It exposes them to strong ultraviolet rays for 72
hours, and then observes whether there is any plastic aging on their
surface. If not, they are considered qualified.
Wiper blades usage test 1 million times
To be considered qualified, the wipers need to be able to wipe the
glass clean and make no abnormal noise after 1 million rounds of
back-and-forth in a simulated use environment.
When I went there, a pair of wipers in the laboratory had been wiped
more than 310,000 times. However, I did not hear any abnormal noise and
the windshield was still very clean.
Salt spray resistance test
This test is to test the corrosion resistance of the wiper steel
bars. The salt spray machine creates high-concentration salt spray that
