At first, I could not find a suitable Bosch windscreen wipers for my Seat Leon 5F through the vehicle search . By means of research and the subsequent input of the Bosch windscreen wipers – number A 945 S, I finally succeeded. Then I checked some details for safety and on Sunday evening I ordered the wipers.

On Monday – morning I already received the shipment confirmation and in the evening there was a package announcement from DHL with the shipment number. On Thursday I then held the ordered windscreen wipers in my hands; the transport route led from the high south of Germany to the coast of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

The windscreen wipers are changed within a few seconds: press the button and pull the old wiper out, then insert the new wiper in, click and you’re done! The packaging is also provided with 4 pictures for assembly/disassembly, everything is very easy!

Conclusion: These Bosch windscreen wipers fit perfectly! During operation, these windscreen wipers are very quiet and achieve a perfect wiping performance. This is Bosch – brand quality at a very good price – performance ratio! In the brand workshop I pay more than double for other windscreen wipers sold by the manufacturer.

I’ve been driving original Bosch wipers for years.

The Aerotwin are great in durability, wipe neatly and do not make any strange noises. They sit great on the disc.

Bought for a Seat Leon in my case.

The assembly is simple and no tools required.

CAUTION:

The windscreen wiper may need to be in the maintenance position, otherwise the arm will be attached to the paint on the hood when you fold it away or you move the wipers to the vertical position, then it will definitely work.

Explanation of the maintenance item:

– Ignition on.

– Ignition OFF (key may get stuck)

– Push the windscreen wiper lever down for about 1 second until the wipers move up a bit. This is the service position.

– Change the wipers. Simply push the two marks and pull them away from the arm.

– Introduce new wipers.

– Ignition on.

– Push the windscreen wiper lever down for approx. seconds until the wiper moves to its original position.

I would be very happy for a positive evaluation.

The cleaners of my Seat Ibiza 2020 were already starting to leave marks and squeaked a little, so there was a change. At the dealership they wanted to charge me €55 for them with “installation included” and here they cost me €16… The installation should be underscored that even a young child can do it.

I was surprised that Amazon told me that this model was not compatible, and when I received it I saw that in the box it says that they are smaller than the original ones. The thing is that I put them next to it (I didn’t take a picture, sorry) and I didn’t see any difference, so for me they are totally compatible even .

Finally, in terms of durability I can’t say anything, I’ve only been a couple of weeks. Let’s see how they cope with winter and rains. I will edit if they last a short time compared to the factory originals or something strange happens, but for now, 5 Stars.

Fully compatible for my Seat Leon 2017 and Bosch AeroTwin originals. I tried them this morning when the shipment arrived, and phenomenal. They attach very well to the windscreen, make no noise and sweep away water and dirt very well. The only thing that remains to be known is durability.

Perhaps in a few days, when you have tried them more, buy a new spare pair.

Got a new BMW X1 F48. Had difficulties from the beginning due to streaking on the windshield. All sorts of attempts did not help. Also a consultation with BMW customer service. Brought no help. The dealer tried everything possible. Only the assembly of these ordered windscreen wipers from Bosch brought the solution.
