Easy to fit.

One button to press and pull the old wiper off, simply slide the new wiper on. What could be easier? To set the wipers into service mode for Golf MK7 you have to turn the ignition on, then off then press the wiper lever down once and they pop up into the upright position.

Some people have commented that the wiper blades are shorter than the OEM ones, mine fitted perfectly and seem to clean with no streaks or noise. Very happy. I have the same BOSCH brand on the front and the back now and so far so good. Only time will tell how long they will last….as long as the wife doesn’t keep using them in the dry, hopefully longer than the originals….recommended.

Picture shows new ones fitted and old ones next to it for comparison. Drivers side is identical length as well.

Firstly – good bits – this set is very cheap from Amazon – I paid £18.64. Very easy to fit… push button down and slide out old ones, then slide in the new – less than 2 minutes to fit both front wipers. There was no other fitments or adapters in the box, so would only fit this type of arm. I used the Amazon recommended wiper as per the registration number entered.

But the passenger wiper is a bit short. I measured the OEM ones. The lengths of the actual rubber bit in contact with the screen is 645/470 on the OEM blades. This set is 650/450. The drivers side one is fine, but the passenger one is a bit short. 10mm each end, which leaves an annoying bit not wiped between the two wipers. See photos.

Bosch logo is quite noticeable.

Can’t comment on longevity obviously as only just fitted them – so 4* for price and ease of fitting – dropping a star for the short passenger side blade.

Replaced the wipers on my SEAT ATECA when they started to smear. Easily clicked the old ones out and clicked these in (shorter people may require a stool as it could be a bit of a stretch!). The 650mm wiper is slightly longer than the original wiper and provides ever so slightly better coverage. They are highly effective at shifting water without any smearing. Highly recommended replacements, especially at this price point compared to other retailers.

I replaced the wipers on my Seat ATECA2019 (front Bosch A864S AEROTWIN Wiper Blade Set, 650/450 mm and rear Bosch 3397008634 AERO rear wiper blade A282H). The factory wipers were not very good and kept shuddering within a year and didn’t clear properly. Wanted to buy them as we were driving long distance and didn’t want to take a chance on the motorway. Delivered quickly and easy to fit within a minute.

Wow, what a difference they make, smooth, quiet and clears the screen perfectly, no smudges or anything, so glad I bought them as it made such a difference to be able to drive safer in the rain and it was hard rain at times.

Excellent, would definitely recommend these Bosch wiper blades.

In my opinion, these are the best window wipers for my VW Golf and also my Ford Focus that I previously owned. They do not leave streaks (providing you use decent windscreen fluid). They are quiet and smooth. Top notch product!

Before I comment on their longevity, I must add that it is personal preference as to when window wipers need replaced. For me, they last for at least 6 months of moderate-heavy driving and they lasted right through winter when it was freezing each nice. But for somehow else they could easily stretch them to over a year.

Also, I’m sure that by reading this review it is obviously Amazon that you will buy these wipers from. Do not buy them from anywhere else such as Euro Car Parts or Halfords as they are charging £50 and £30 respectively for the exact same product. Amazon ships these for under £20 and let me stress that it is the exact same product. The markup at other retailers is shocking.
