Excellent AUDI Replacement.

These are a great direct genuine replacement, took about 2 minutes to fit to my 2013 Audi A4 AVANT and what a difference they have made from my old ones.

Simple way to save money.

This is the second pair of Bosch AEROTWIN Wiper Blades that I have purchased. First set for my daughter’s Fiat 500. These took nearly three minutes to fit, so simple.

This set was for my Audi Q5. Needed after Audi garage said the blades were smearing and should be replaced and for only £76 including parts and fitting.

Quick search and Prime next day delivery all for only £18.60 but excluding fitting, which took me less than five minutes and was super super easy.

With an Audi, first step of the installation is to go into the car’s MMI menu and select Wiper Change Position. (Instructions in your user handbook). This moves the blades up the windscreen away from the bonnet. I would suggest putting some protection like a towel or blanket on the screen to avoid damaging the screen. You then just press the square button on the blade and pull the old blade off n.b. it may be a little stiff so take care. Installation is the reverse. Job done and significant money saved.

These wipers are very easy to fit, just push down the square “button” on the top of the wiper arm where is joins the blade and gently pull the old blade out. To fit align the blade with the arm, press down the square button and slide on until the button pops back up in the wiper arm. That way you know it is fixed securely. It takes minutes and saves a fortune at the main dealer. Might be worth putting a towel between the screen and the arm when you are doing it just in case it pings back on the screen

Good Value and Good Brand.

I had already bought a Bosch replacement wiper for the rear window of my car and it was easy to fit and did a good job.

This pair for the front windscreen were bought when the original driver’s side wiper started to scrape and hop. Like the rear wiper this pair came well packed, but not wastefully so, and with simple pictorial instructions as they sell in many countries. Easy to fit.

The wipers for my car had a ‘warning’ that the new blades are about 1 cm shorter than the factory originals, but this is not noticeable in use.

Nice clear windscreen with silent operation – and much better price than buying the car manufacturer’s brand from the main dealer (or from a well known high street motoring chain).

4 stars on durability as they are only a couple of weeks old so I don’t know, but I expect them to last a long time.
