Bosch AEROTWIN series is the flagship series of Bosch Europe. This series of wipers adopts modern frameless design and is provided to factories of well-known automobile manufacturers. Wiper rubber is made of multi-component rubber, which is superior to natural rubber in parameters. The spring element is made of special evodium alloy and provides initial clamping force during the whole operation of the wiper. Bosch AEROTWIN brush is suitable for all seasons. The country of manufacture of these brushes is Belgium.

The asymmetric spoiler mounted on the brush provides good high-speed brush pressure. However, compared with the symmetrical spoiler, the wiper with asymmetric spoiler has poor universality.

These wipers are not designed for right-hand drive, nor for cars with sliding (tilting) wiper system!

It’s probably a testament to how old and tired my previous blades were, but these are brilliant! Easy to install, quiet, effective. Huge improvement!

The assembly was a bit difficult on my Z4 Coupe (E86), but actually still OK. Driver’s side I had the entire plastic ruffle on the adapter at once in my hand, after which clipping was not a thing. The passenger side went without any problems. And as I noticed in the current May rain – even with Speedometer 140 the wipers have not rubbed in contrast to normal specimens and also delivered a super-clean wiping image. Just what I was looking for. Obs keeps I’ll see, more than 2 years I don’t give wipers anyway.

The wiper blades were delivered very quickly and well packaged. The original packaging of the wipers is typical of windscreen wipers. The instructions are printed on the back of the packaging. This is easy to understand and easy to recognize. The wiper blades make a solid impression and are well and stable workmanship. The assembly is very simple and everyone should be able to do that if you follow the instructions.

The wipers do not squeak and lubricate. You’re doing a good job, and I’m very happy. Even when driving, they are very quiet and do not interfere.

We have had frequent vehicle changes in recent years and every car is immediately equipped with the Bosch AEROTWIN windscreen wipers. The 2-3 days we drive the cars with other windscreen wipers are enough every time to convince us of the Bosch windscreen wipers.

They are surprisingly quiet, even after a year of use. They glide super over the disc, even with a few drops.

The assembly is very easy even for the total laymen.

I am obsessed with wipers in cars, I like to have perfect visibility when it is needed most (rain, night, etc…). Bosch Cleaners, both these AEROTWIN and the usual rods, are of excellent quality. AEROTWIN variants are those with the skeleton or chassis of the semi-rigid rubber wiper blade. This system improves cleaning by applying pressure on the glass in a more distributed way avoiding the typical twists that occurred in those of metal rods in the areas where the rod grabs the rubber. Most modern cars already come with the AEROTWIN system.

This model in particular is “retrofit” or “ROTROCOMPATIBLE”, that is, it is the AEROTWIN model that allows you to move from the model of metal rods to the rubber ones so it only serves for these rods, for those of rods. To do this, it uses the same grip system as the linkage system: the typical “hook” with plastic flange.

It is very simple to install: remove the old one, lift a plastic plate on the new one, insert the hook into the plastic hook, and close the plastic cap again. Simply by inserting the hook you have to do some strength until you hear a “clack” but also not pass so as not to break or bend anything (see photos attached).

Once installed the cleaning is perfect even at high speed and without noise.

This reference includes two clean ones, one of 550mm and one of 475mm. To know if your car (with rods) is compatible, just measure your old cleaner and see if the size fits. Many times it is possible to put one slightly larger or smaller, but do not buy one that exceeds more than 1cm your current size or it is likely that the clean ones will collide with each other or come out of the glass, which we do not want.

Windscreen wipers from the renowned BOSCH brand. In my case I have mounted them on an old BMW E46 and they adapt to the size and hitch perfectly. They are also very easy to assemble and the locking system brings with it a lock so that they do not release once fixed.
