Compared to the original, I could not notice any significant difference. The wiper blades run smoothly and without streaks even after a year and 20,000km. Price/performance TOP. Installation super easy -> Tip for BMW F30/F31 for mounting: Make sure the wipers are vertical before assembly (=> ignition off, press the wiper lever up a few seconds until the windscreen wipers stand perpendicular, then unfold the wiper blades and unclip them, new ones clip on, done)

There are two windscreen wipers from Bosch, with different designations. It took me a whole time to find out where the difference should be. This one (A 929 S) is the original retrofit solution, exactly fitting at least for the F3X series… to what extent this applies to other manufacturers or vehicles was not important for me. The other variant (AM 462 S) refers to an even larger number of vehicles and manufacturers with included adapters. This other variant will not necessarily be worse or wipe. Nevertheless, I finally decided to use the original Bosch retrofit solution for my vehicle.

A colleague bought the AM 462 S for his F31, and is also satisfied.

Perfect fit for my BMW E90. Please safely ignore the negative reviews relating to the mount ability of the windscreen wipers. The first prerequisite for a successful installation is to select the right windscreen wipers for your vehicle. You can also use the Amazon feature by specifying your vehicle. If necessary, you can check the manufacturer’s side of the windscreen wiper for compatibility. And if you are not completely technically clumsy, then you can change the windscreen wipers in less than a minute – I can prove this with a video.

Don’t get rid of the feeling that the durability of the Bosch wiper blades has declined in recent years. I feel like I change the leaves more often than I did years ago.

I don’t wipe over ice or dry over dust and dirt. Am with 10000km a year now also no many riders and yet I can change the leaves after 10-12 months because they no longer wipe clean or smear. Years ago, with much more use, I always came a year and a half without really feeling that they are worn out.

Nevertheless, in my view the Bosch leaves are still the most reliable I know. Especially when driving faster, the Bosch wipe the cleanest. I bought this kit for a Mercedes-Benz GLA and they fit perfectly as expected.
