For about a quarter of a year I have been driving a VOLVO XC60 (year of manufacture 2015). As satisfied as I am with the vehicle itself, the original Volvo windscreen wipers are – to put it mildly – very good to improve.

Previous very good experiences with Bosch wipers quickly led me to the decision to become active here again…

It is very easy to assemble (did not even take a minute, then both blades were changed) and an absolutely perfect wiping behavior now also makes driving in the rain or (even more unpleasant) only wet road and vehicle ahead bearable again. No streaking, absolutely silent wiping, no scratching… Perfect!! Unconditional purchase recommendation. However, you should pay attention to the correct wiper blade length on the passenger side. Volvo’s original sheets have a length of 650mm (driver’s side) and 500mm (passenger’s side), which is why these sheets reviewed here are just the right ones for the XC60.

What can you say, I have always had a good experience with Bosch windscreen wipers, and this is true for every vehicle. Whether as in this case for a Volvo V60 (155, 157) or before, for example, for a Volkswagen Golf VI variant. The windscreen wipers were and are always optimal in terms of material quality and workmanship. The windscreen wipers on the VW Golf were fully assembled from 2014 to 2021. These were the only wiper blades that were fitted to the vehicle within this period. With a mileage of 480.000 km minus the 190,000 km that the vehicle had already run before, a cranking power. Maybe I was just an outlier in statistics, but I love these wiper blades above all else.

They fit perfectly for my Volvo V60 BJ at the end of 2016 (the last of the “old” series with facelift). They’re better than Volvo’s own. The assembly was easy. I can only recommend it. There are another few from the Bosch brand that is displayed that would fit. That’s right only the right windscreen wiper is 2.5 centimeters shorter. Had the reviews not warned me, I would have bought the shorter ones first.

I went to change the window in my car and they recommended that I change the wiper blades for Bosch, and they would nail me about 54 euros.

I looked around here and for less than 20 I have the same ones I’d say.

These are nailed for my 2019 Ford Focus, I think it’s the Mark V.

They’re even a little longer than the ones that came standard and that makes them clean a lot better.
