Electric Wipers
Windshield wipers, also known as water scrapers, water pushers, trico steel frame wiper blades or windshield wipers, are devices used to remove raindrops and dust adhering to the vehicle’s windshield to improve driver visibility and increase driving safety. low price metal frame wiper blade for automobiles are divided into vacuum, pneumatic, and electric types based on the power source.
1.Electric wipers are widely used in cars due to their advantages of high power, easy control, and unaffected by engine conditions. Generally, cars are equipped with wipers on the front windshield, and some cars have wipers on both the front and rear windshields.
The role of electric wipers is to remove water, snow, and sand from the windshield, ensuring that drivers have good visibility in bad weather.

The driving part is composed of a micro DC motor and a worm gear box. When the motor is energized, it rotates and the worm gear drives the connecting rods and swing arms connected to the wiper frames on the left and right to move back and forth. When the driver presses the wiper switch, the motor starts and the speed of the motor is reduced and torqued up by the worm gear, which drives the swing arm. The swing arm then drives the four-bar linkage mechanism which swings the axle installed on the front bumper left and right.
Finally, the axle drives the wiper blade to scrape the windshield.
