The windshield wiper motor for honda is a relatively complex motor in our cars because it has a return function. Today, we will learn about the principle of the windshield wiper motor.
We know that in order to understand the principle of a component, we first need to know what types of wires are present on it. For common windshield wipers, there are usually five or four wires. The five-wire wiper has one positive wire, one negative wire, one wire for returning to the original position, and two wires for the motor (one for high speed and one for low speed). The four-wire wiper lacks the negative wire and instead uses the car body as a grounding point.
There are two valvetronic motor wires, one for high speed and one for low speed. The gap gear and low speed gear share one wire, and the remaining three wires are used for the reset disk. The iron piece on the reset disk is negative, so when the iron piece is positive, the reset wire is positive.
When the reset is in its initial position, the reset wire is negative. As long as the reset has not returned to its initial position, the iron piece is positive and the reset wire is also positive. At this point, the positive charge on the reset wire will continue to supply power to the motor through the switch until it returns to its initial position and the reset wire becomes negative. At this point, the valvetronics motor x5 e70 stops working.
